Raw material check
Fabric weight, thread and webbing are checked against your spec before cutting starts.

In-process inspection
Sewing, loop attachment and dimensions are checked on the line — not just at the end.

Finished-bag testing
Bags are sampled from each batch for dimensions, print and load performance.

Loading supervision
We watch the container being loaded and send you a photo & video report before it ships.
